Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the booking service provided by Biletko ("Biletko", "we", "us", "our"). By searching for or booking a bus ticket through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Biletko is an online booking platform operated from:

2. What Biletko does

Biletko is a booking intermediary. We let you search for bus and coach routes operated by independent, third-party bus/coach carriers, and we facilitate the purchase of your ticket on that carrier's behalf. Biletko is not the carrier and does not itself operate any bus or coach service. The trip itself — the vehicle, the driver, the schedule, and the actual transportation — is provided solely by the operating carrier shown at checkout and on your booking confirmation.

3. Bookings and pricing

Prices shown at checkout are the final price you pay, in euro (€), and include Biletko's booking/service fee on top of the carrier's base fare.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation with your order number and booking code.
You are responsible for making sure the names, travel dates, and route entered at booking are correct — carriers may refuse boarding if passenger details do not match your ticket.
Ticket availability and schedules are provided by the carrier and may change without notice; we do our best to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee it.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation, date-change and refund conditions depend on the operating carrier's own policy and are described in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

Arrive at the departure point in time for boarding, with a valid ID and your booking confirmation/code.
Comply with the operating carrier's own conditions of carriage (luggage limits, conduct rules, travel documents required for the route).
Provide accurate contact details so we and the carrier can reach you about your booking.

7. Liability

Because the actual transportation is provided by the operating carrier and not by Biletko, the carrier is responsible for the performance of the trip itself, including delays, cancellations, lost luggage, and safety during travel, subject to that carrier's own conditions of carriage and applicable law. Biletko is responsible for the booking service we provide: processing your payment correctly and passing your booking to the carrier accurately. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, Biletko's liability for issues arising from the booking service itself is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or excludes rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian or EU law.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or refuse a booking we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or abusive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve a dispute with us.
